The Perfect Food Storm

In our research with gluten, modern diseases, farming, and nutrition in general, we discovered what we call “The Perfect Food Storm.” We have begun a book by that name which is a major project and will be in progress for a while.
It targets the historical confluence of the “modernization” of gluten, the development of peanut products, the pasteurization of dairy, the health myth of soy, and the ubiquitous use of these and other inflammatory products in today’s mass-production food supply.
The purpose of this book is to provide a more in-depth explanation of why such basic and popular foods can possibly be wreaking such havoc with our health. In the meantime, while we are completing our research and writing, we’ll preview some of the information in our blogs.
